Call for help on your mobile phone and walk a safe distance away from the collision. Bring your documents such as your identification card and vehicle registration form with you and wait for a police officer to arrive on the scene. You can then exchange the necessary information with the other party with the police official serving as a witness. Give the other person your name, home and business address, license number, phone number, plate number, and email address. You should also provide him or her with your insurance company's name as well as your policy number. Make sure that the other driver gives you the same details, too.
