TALE OF A TIGER Handwritten and illustrated volume c1900 is titled ‘The New Tale of a Tub’ and contains four exceptionally fine pen and ink drawings, three of which feature the tiger. Two Bengalis have discovered the tiger in a barrel and the tale recounts what happened in twelve pages of verse. A fascinating item with the finest quality drawings £75
